Who Is Writing

I’ve spent most of my life exploring the contemplative and spiritual dimensions of human experience. My path has been deeply influenced by Christianity, Buddhism, Advaita Vedanta, and the Diamond Approach. I am also inspired and nourished by the natural world, the simple acts of daily life, and relationships with friends and family. I continue to learn from and work with my own teachers. I don’t think of myself as having arrived anywhere but rather, first and foremost, as an explorer and student of life.
